GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
Are the products on sale on MLV Luxury Vintage original?
Yes, all products sold on MLV Luxury Vintage are guaranteed to be original.
How is the authenticity of products verified?
For supported brands, authenticity is verified using Entrupy , an advanced artificial intelligence-based authentication system. When available, the product is accompanied by the relevant Entrupy certificate . View an example . The certificate can be viewed directly by clicking on the appropriate link on the product page.
What happens if a product does not have the Entrupy certificate?
Even if the Entrupy certificate is not present, the product is still authenticated and certified directly by the seller , according to rigorous control and expertise standards in the luxury vintage sector.
Is Entrupy available for all brands?
Entrupy only supports certain brands. For unsupported brands, authentication is performed exclusively by the seller.
What happens if I discover that a purchased product is not original?
MLV Luxury Vintage offers a total authenticity guarantee : if a customer proves that a product is not original, a 100% refund of the purchase price will be made.
Where can I find information about product authentication?
Information regarding authentication and any Entrupy certificate is indicated in the product sheet .
Which brands are certified by Entrupy?
Brands currently certified by Entrupy are Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Coach, Chanel, Chloe, Christian Louboutin, Celine, Dior, Dolce and Gabbana, Fendi, Ferragamo, Givenchy, Goyard, Gucci, Hermes, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, MCM, Prada, Saint Laurent, and Valentino.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
How do you classify the state of conservation?
We use a tenths scale (from 7/10 to 10/10) to offer maximum precision:

7/10 – Good condition, some defects highlighted
Any significant defects are shown in the photos and described in the data sheet.
Do the photos show the actual defect?
Yes. The images are real and taken internally, without filters. We show close-ups, angles, and details to ensure complete transparency.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay, bank transfer, and other payment methods supported by our secure gateway.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, through installment payment services available at checkout (if enabled in your e-commerce site).
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery , provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was received and with any security seals intact .
Are return shipping costs free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are not available. You can return an item and then purchase another.
SECURITY SEALS
Why do products have a safety seal?
To prevent misuse before returns (wardrobing) and ensure that each customer receives truly unused items after our inspection.
What happens if the seal is broken?
Items with a broken or tampered seal cannot be refunded.
SALE AND CONSIGNMENT
Do you buy used items from private individuals?
Yes. We selectively purchase bags and accessories from leading luxury brands. You can send photos via WhatsApp or email for an initial assessment.
Do you also offer a consignment service?
Yes, upon selection. We offer transparent terms with commission rates agreed upon in advance.
